Carole Fletcher is a Nova Scotia based artist living in the coastal community of Glen Margaret. Deeply inspired by the natural beauty that surrounds her, Carole Creates evocative paintings that capture the spirit of the local landscapes, vibrant florals, wildlife, and the grace of horses.

Art has been a lifelong influence for Carole. Her father, a respected maritime artist and art teacher, was also her mentor. His guidance and passion for painting helped shape her artistic voice, and his legacy continues to be present in her work today. In tribute, Carole includes two crows in her signature which are symbols of joy and a quiet personal nod to her father's enduring influence.

Working primarily in oil, Carole occasionally incorporates 24 carat gold into her paintings, adding depth, warmth, and a subtle luminosity that enhances her subjects. Her work reflects both technical skill and emotional connection, blending tradition with a distinctive personal touch.

Through her art, Carole Fletcher celebrates the landscapes and life of Nova Scotia, while honouring the roots that inspired her creative journey.
